Arriving to class

New Clients: Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts to ensure you get your introduction on the Megaformer. If you arrive after the class starts we are unable to allow entry to that class. This is due to ensure your safety and that you understand the machine before the class is starting.

All Other Clients: If you are not present at the start time of your reserved class, your spot will be given away to a client on the waitlist. If nobody is on the waitlist, you can still attend however we have a 5 minute grace period. In order to maintain the integrity and flow of our classes, and in consideration for others, please be on time for class. After this 5 minute cutoff you will be late cancelled from the class. No exceptions. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

Cancellation policy

Our classes are limited. We require a 12 hour cancellation notice. That means you can cancel up to 12 hours before class start time and the class will be credited back to your account for future use. If you need to cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, you will lose that class. No exceptions.

Trainer Subs

Please note that when you purchase classes you are paying for a class and not an instructor. Instructors are subject to change without notice, and class schedules may be subject to change without notice. We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds.

Grip socks

They are MANDATORY, no exceptions.

Regular socks with no grips are not allowed.

Grip socks are available for purchase here at the studio. The socks cost around $11 plus sales tax, but you are also more than welcome to bring your own.
